Thanks for being here! I am a Leadership Development consultant who focuses on leadership as influence, asking: How do we get people to do the things we need and want them to do with positive effort and impact?

My area of expertise is specifically Human Dynamics. I focus on what makes people "tick" and why people do the things they do so people can get along better, work better together, and get things done. Everything is better when we are not driving each other crazy!

If we better understand WHY we are the way we are, HOW that shows up in our world around us and WHAT dynamics we are reacting to, we start to realize that getting along or not isn't necessarily personal-we just have to understand better where people are coming from.

When it comes to goals, we know that people are our greatest asset, but if we're being honest, sometimes people can be a real challenge. Human complexities are factors that can sometimes get in the way of our highest potential-people "stuff" can put tension on relationships, how people interact, and how the work gets done. It is my passion to help teams go from friction to flow.
